Quote Request Information
This request tool is used to provide a quote for your Breakbulk and Ro-Ro needs moving via Container, Con-Ro, Ro-Ro or Breakbulk vessel/barge. The quote includes the ability to request all Virginia International Terminals (VIT) services for cargo handling at The Port of Virginia terminals including stevedoring, berth/terminal services, truck/rail loading/unloading, on-terminal storage/demurrage past free time, and stuffing/stripping services.

- If you do not receive a reply within 24-48 hours, please contact vitrates@vit.org.
- If you need to submit multiple quotes and prefer autofill, we recommend using Google Chrome.
- Please allow up to one business day for routine pricing to be provided. Requests received after 4pm ET or on reserved holidays may require additional time. Please be advised project cargo shipments may require additional response time, same will be communicated upon receipt of request for quotation.
- Following receipt of quotation, submit orders for scheduling of services to respective terminal contact based upon vessel.
- Be sure to include either the vessel name, container #, booking # or bill of lading and appropriate terminal location.
- Cargo gate hours do vary.
