How to Submit a Dispute
Gather and submit all documents supporting your dispute.
- Complete the Invoice Dispute Form
- Attach all relevant, supporting information
- Email the form and supporting documentation to InvoiceDisputes@vit.org
What to Expect
- Our Dispute Team will review your submission and respond within 10 business days
- All invoice disputes will be resolved in accordance with the terms of the applicable Service Agreement or VIT’s Schedule of Rates
- For disputes regarding Loaded Container Storage please refer to section 461(C) of VIT’s Schedule of Rates
Tips for Faster Resolution
- Submit all supporting documents with your form
- Be as specific and descriptive about the issue
- Include a copy of the disputed invoice(s)
- Send everything to InvoiceDisputes@vit.org
- We ask for your patience. Some disputes required deeper internal review and investigation
We will reach out if we need more information and notify you in writing once your dispute is resolved.
