We ask that our motor carrier partners review the procedures and proper mounting instructions for RFID transponders.
Improperly mounted RFID’s or drivers with a RFID “in-hand,” will be asked to depart from the marine terminal.
Important details to note:
- Mounting instructions can be found within the PRO-PASS User Guide here: PRO-PASS User Guide
- The driver’s gate transaction will be subject to cancellation, updating their reservation to “aborted” status
- Driver will not be allowed entry until resolved
- A new reservation will need to be secured
