The Virginia Port Authority (“VPA”) Police reminds our colleagues, ILA partners and Trucking partners that firearms and other dangerous weapons are strictly prohibited on any property owned, leased, or under the control of the VPA. Any colleague, ILA partner, Trucking partner, vendor, or contractor found in possession of or attempting to bring a firearm or other dangerous weapons onto VPA property will have their accesses immediately revoked and could face criminal charges.
We all play a role in keeping our community safe. You are encouraged to report suspicious behavior or criminal activity to the VPA Police at 757-683-2195.
