The Port of Virginia will observe the following Saturday operational hours for Virginia International Gateway (VIG), Pinner’s Point Container Yard (PPCY) and the Portsmouth Chassis Yard (PCY) on Saturday, July 26th:
- Virginia International Gateway (VIG) truck gates will open at 0700 hours, with an inbound portal closure of 1100 hours
- PRO-PASS mandatory reservation hours will be in effect
- Final reefer pick-up at 1030 hours
- All empty returns will be designated by the Empty Return Matrix
- The Pinner’s Point Container Yard (PPCY) and the Portsmouth Chassis Yard (PCY) truck gates will open at 0700 hours, with last trucks handled at 1130 hours
Beginning August 2nd and continuing until further notice, the following Saturday gate hours will be observed:
- Virginia International Gateway (VIG) truck gates will open at 0800 hours, with an inbound portal closure of 1600 hours
- PRO-PASS mandatory reservation hours will be in effect
- Final reefer pick-up at 1530 hours
- All empty returns will be designated by the Empty Return Matrix
- The Pinner’s Point Container Yard (PPCY) and the Portsmouth Chassis Yard (PCY) truck gates will open at 0800 hours, with last trucks handled at 1630 hours
The weekend operational hours at all other marine terminals and support facilities will remain unchanged – closed.
