Due to the collapse of the Francis Scott Key bridge on March 26th, HRCPII customers may be contracted to move freight to the Baltimore area on HRCPII chassis.
HRCPII’s chassis fleet explicitly serves the Port of Virginia. Motor Carriers must return the HRCPII chassis to the origin HRCP stop/start to prevent charges from accruing.
