The Port of Virginia continues to strive for service level improvements for our customers. In March of this year, HRCP transitioned from the Blume Platform to PortChassis for all billing, maintenance and repair, and fleet management operations. This change necessitates that all motor carriers endorse the amended HRCP II, L.L.C. Interchange Agreement (“Agreement”).

Hampton Roads Chassis Pool (HRCP II)
“Motor carriers utilizing HRCP assets must provide their electronic signature by September 16, 2022, for continued access to HRCP assets. **All active HRCP customers will receive the document via Docusign by August 29, 2022. The HRCP Interchange Agreement must be signed by an authorized company representative.**
