Over-the-road drivers should be aware that alternating staging lanes are now in effect at Norfolk International Terminal South (SNIT) within the transfer zone.
- Only one lane per stack will be active at a time to maintain proper queue order.
- Closed lanes will be clearly marked with “Do Not Enter” signage.
- As traffic volume increases, closed lanes will be reopened as needed.
All drivers are required to follow posted signage and lane instructions at all times to ensure safe and efficient operations.
