Traffic Pattern Change – Reefer Service Area (RSA)

Beginning Monday, May 18th, a traffic pattern change will be implemented for reefer units entering the Pinner’s Point Container Yard (PPCY) and proceeding to the Reefer Service Area (RSA).

Please note the following important updates:

  • The current Reefer Service Area (RSA) booth will no longer be operational.
  • Drivers must follow all posted signage upon entry.
  • Drivers are required to stop for normal inspection prior to receiving an interchange ticket.
  • Access to the Reefer Service Area will be directed according to the new traffic flow.

We ask that our motor carrier partners communicate this information to all drivers prior to arrival to avoid delays.
