Effective Monday, February 24, 2025, The Port of Virginia will observe the following change to operating hours:

<li>The Portsmouth Chassis Yard (PCY) will mirror the hours of the Pinner’s Point Container Yard (PPCY), with gates opening at 0500 hours and gate closure of 1800 hours
<ul>
<li>Last trucks in at 1730</li>
</ul>
</li>
</ul>
The operational hours at all other marine terminals and support facilities will remain unchanged.
